Merit Badge Registration: March 30 at 12:00 pm
Merit Badge Registration for Camps Bowman, Marriott, and Olmsted will open on March 30th at 12:00 pm. Please be sure check out the Program & Prerequisites Guide for the latest prerequisites, class descriptions, age recommendations, and specialty class fees.

Scouts interested in participating in “Open Program” blocks do not need to register for these sections.
If your unit is opting to use the new “parent portal” feature for merit badge sign ups, please be sure to select the “allow parent portal class selection” check box under the “use parent portal” section of the registration contact section.

2023 Menus Posted
Get ready for summer with a look at the food! Updated menus for Summer 2023 are now available, including the new Vegetarian Menu for the Dining Hall. Patrol Cooking and Heater Stack dining options will also have vegetarian options available for all meals, which will be similar if not identical to the Dining Hall Vegetarian Menu.
There are three places you can find the 2023 menus:
- On the Forms & Downloads page, under Information.
- On the Food & Menus page, under Information.
- In your camp’s Downloads section.If you or your campers have any dietary concerns, be sure to check out the Food & Menus page for information. Please be sure to indicate their dietary restrictions on their registration!
Early Bird – Closes April 14 (11:59 pm)
Early Bird registration will close on Friday, April 14 at 11:59 pm. Campers who are registered before this time will receive a discounted rate and exclusive Goshen Sumer 2023 Early Bird Hat!

Reminder: Medical Forms and NCAC Health Advisory
Don’t forget! – Everyone in camp must have completed Parts A & B of the BSA Medical Form with them upon arrival at Goshen. Any youth or adult camper staying for more than 72 hours and/or participating in camp activities must also have Part C and the NCAC Health Advisory.
