New at Marriott in 2026!

What are the picks for 2026?

Get ready for fun with our updates for the 2026 program schedule at Camp Marriott!

• Some badges are finding a new buddy! Work on two thematically similar badges at once with Theater and Moviemaking, Basketry and Textile, or Art and Sculpture. Wood Carving is also getting a formal class section.
• Speaking of Art, Art is still part of Handicraft Open Program and will also be part of a scheduled class with Sculpture. Take it in whichever format most interests you.
• Need more chess? There’s a second session this summer at Eagle’s Eyrie.
• Over at Ecology, we’re adding Fly Fishing Merit Badge. Scouts will learn skills during the week and go on a morning fishing trip during the Marriott Mid-week Morning on Wednesday.
• At Range and Target Activities, we’re looking forward to getting some new shade structures at Shotgun, but we’re still getting out of the afternoon sun by having both sessions in the morning. There will still be Open Shoot in the afternoon, but otherwise the shotgun staff will be helping out with the afternoon Rifle merit badge to expand the class size!
