Camp Webinar Series – Introduction to Summer Camp at Camp Ross (rising Webelos & AOLs)
Camp Ross at the Goshen Scout Reservation is a week-long summer camp experience for rising Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts. Together, we’ll explore what Camp Ross has to offer, discuss why summer camp is a critical part of the Scouting experience, and learn how your Pack can attend in 2026. All Den Leaders and parents of current Bear and Webelos Scouts (current 3rd and 4th graders), Pack leadership, unit registration contacts, and other interested parties are welcome and encouraged to attend.

2025 Goshen Staff Alumni Association Fall Service Weekend
Open to staff alumni from any Goshen camp and any friends or family who want to help out. We’ll be fixing, painting, building, maintaining, and doing other such work on many projects around the Reservation. This weekend is a lovely way to give back to Goshen and catch up with other alumni.

Lenhok’sin High Adventure is your local high adventure base at the Goshen Scout Reservation, offering week-long backpacking and canoeing trek programs. Outdoor Programs Promotions Team Training Webinar
Calling all passionate Scouting volunteers and staff! Join the NCAC Camping Department for an exciting kickoff event as we launch our Outdoor Programs Promotions Team training – your gateway to helping more Scouts experience the adventure, growth, and fun of Summer Camp in NCAC.

2026 Camper Deposit Phase Begins
Starting on this date, units can begin to add their youth and adult campers to their registration.
Registration for Goshen’s individual and small group programs also opens on this date. This includes the Provisional Camp program at Camp Marriott and Camp Olmsted, Camp Ross’s Phoenix Nest program, Lenhok’sin’s Provisional Trek program, and Lenhok’sin’s Goshen OA Trail (GOAT) Crew.

2026 Camp Staff Interviews
Once you submit an application, you will be contacted via email to schedule an interview. Apply by January 21 to get a January interview date.
Interviews will be held via phone and/or video call.

February 2026
2026 Camper Deposits Due
Non-refundable camper deposits are due to lock in youth spots at camp.
A deposit represents a commitment and helps the Goshen team be best able to prepare for your arrival and focus on services. The deposit will allow Scouts BSA youth to register for merit badges and activities without needing to be paid in full.
March 2026
2026 Summer Campership Deadline
March 1 is the deadline for campership applications. Campership applications submitted after the deadline will be granted while funds are available.
2026 Merit Badge & Activity Sign Ups
Sign ups for activities at Camps Bowman, Marriott, and Olmsted open at 7pm on this date.
Campers must be booked in the system in order to sign up – you’ll see Booked on [date] under their name. If you see Checkout Required in red, they are not booked!

Camp Ross follows a different format and does not require advance online activity sign ups. Lenhok’sin High Adventure requires the Crew Survey for activity requests. Please see your respective camp’s Leader Guide for further information.
April 2026
2026 Early Bird Payment Deadline
As of midnight on April 16, the price for camp will increase for both youth and adults. Sign up by April 15th and avoid price increases!

2026 Final Payment
Final payments are requested by this date to best plan and prepare for your attendance at camp. Accepted a minimum of two weeks before arriving on site.
2026 Staff Week
Goshen staff report to camp. Staff not available for staff training week will need to complete pre-camp training opportunities.

2026 Fall Volunteer Service Weekend
This weekend is open to members of the Scouting community – youth and adults. Units and volunteers are invited to assist in camp beautification!
Past Volunteer Service Weekend projects have included sign routing and painting, picnic table building, boat repair, building painting, cabin construction, and more! Projects are available for all skill levels.
